The most traditional Kung Fu and Tai Chi Chuan Academy in Curitiba, has gone through a radical change:
They had to change the name and the brand. Which was previously Senda, they lost the name to a big corporation after lack of legal assistance. The new name is now Jing Wu.
I built the new logo, uniform, visual identity and I still build online and printed materials to advertise the business.
Besides that, the business did not have an instagram account, only a website and Facebook page.
Since 2019, I manage the social media accounts and create organic and paid content (with videos and static content) to attract new students to the academy.
After 3 years, we reached the mark of 1k followers organically, along with many new students practicing with us.
After the name change, a new website was necessary, with more information about the work done by the master, as well as information such as prices and schedules.
By putting the prices openly online, it improved the customer service, as we cut the steps the user had to perform to obtain this information (and the mostly asked one).
The new website also focused on showing the authority and history the academy has inside the brazilian kung fu community.
This is a nonstop work, since many students gather their knowledge to help the academy and the master, as we all consider the Jing Wu a family.
So, I volunteer gladly and feel like I’m contributing to spread something that is good for other people, just like it is to me!
